# SignalTally Inc. — Evaluation review pack

This is a scoping document, not an executed contract, certification, service-level commitment or grant of access.

## Product and commercial scope

SignalTally provides ecommerce intelligence. The public Shopify extract includes selected theme and Apple Pay observations; broader licensed coverage and delivery are agreed separately. Agency is $2,000/month USD. Enterprise starts at $10,000/month USD. Volume, permitted use, delivery, support, activation date and any enrichment must be confirmed in writing before activation. No checkout or provisioning occurs in the public evaluation workspace.

## Data evidence to review

- Distinguish domain coverage from successful observation and signal availability.
- Review source fields, observation dates, missing values and matching methodology.
- Theme catalogue classification is not proof of purchase, merchant revenue or a newly detected upgrade.
- Apple Pay registration country is not headquarters, customer location or a traffic measurement.
- Popularity is relative ranking, not visits or revenue.
- Ask which detectors, refresh schedules and historical periods are available for the proposed scope.

## Acceptance criteria to agree

Specify an eligible merchant definition, a reviewed sample size, acceptable match rate, maximum evidence age, required fields and delivery acceptance procedure. These are negotiated targets, not existing performance claims. Record test results separately from the targets. Decide who accepts a sample and how rejected or unknown records are handled.

## Delivery and review questions

Agree delivery format and destination, account permissions, authorized users, credential handling, support, monitoring, incident reporting, retention and deletion requirements. Request the security documentation relevant to your deployment. No certification, audit completion, SSO availability or fixed SLA is asserted by this packet. Do not infer those capabilities from the enterprise page.

## Rights and distribution

Standard subscriptions do not automatically grant resale, redistribution, white-label or sublicensing rights. Selected resellers require a separate signed reseller license and written authorization. ## Decision record

Name the commercial owner, technical owner, acceptance decision-maker, decision date, unresolved dependencies and proposed plan. A completed checklist or generated brief is still a draft until the relevant parties agree it. The public workspace does not approve, sign or send a proposal.
