## Who is the programme for?

Established B2B data distributors, commerce platforms, app companies and agencies with a clear customer base and a credible data offering. Admission is selective; applying does not grant partner status.

## Can I resell data with an Agency or Enterprise plan?

No. A subscription, sample or purchase does not grant resale or redistribution rights. You need a separate signed reseller license and written authorization from SignalTally.

## Can I sell under my own brand or embed the data in my product?

Only when the signed license expressly permits that use. White-label products, embedded data, derived products and API redistribution are reviewed individually.

## What are the margins and minimum commitments?

Pricing, commitments, permitted customers and delivery are agreed for each partner. There are no public standard margins, commissions or guaranteed exclusivity.
